4th May The Haven, Stonehaven 19.00- 20.00 .
Please email easemeditation@outlook.com to book a place in any of the above. Cults £13 per session or £50 for a block of 4 sessions, to be used anytime.
The session in the Haven is a free taster session.
It is important to book a place first, then I will send you information on the class, how to pay and what to bring etc.
